Description of Service

claratto is an AI-powered learning platform that teaches, tests, and tracks what you've proven you know. Core features include:

  • Memory-aware AI tutoring — the AI knows your existing brain nodes and never re-teaches what you've already proven.
  • Test-gated brain graph — topics are only stored as 'learned' after you pass a server-scored MCQ test (≥75%).
  • Voice interview practice — an AI interviewer grills you on topics just like a real panel would.
  • Interactive visual explainers — inline HTML diagrams that make concepts click faster.
  • Syllabus import — upload your university or course syllabus and get a personalized learning map.
03

User Accounts and Security

Access requires a Google Account via Firebase Authentication. You are solely responsible for your Google credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to:

  • Maintain only one active account per person — account merging or sharing is prohibited.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
  • Keep your contact email accurate — billing receipts and important notices are sent there.
04

Billing, Subscriptions, and Credits

Plans and Pricing

claratto offers three tiers: Free (30 credits/month, no card required), Pro (500 credits/month, ₹1,499/month), and Max (1,500 credits/month, ₹2,999/month). All transactions are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Current pricing is always shown on the Pricing page.

What Credits Pay For

Every AI call (lesson, test, interview turn, visualisation) consumes credits proportional to the tokens used. A typical teach session costs 1–3 credits. Smarter model tiers (Pro, Max) cost proportionally more per session. The server debits credits after each call — never before.

Credit Top-up Packs

One-time packs (Quick 50cr / Standard 150cr / Bulk 400cr) add credits to your balance permanently — they never expire and persist across billing cycles and plan changes.

Credit Reset

Plan-included recurring credits reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month. Unused recurring credits do not roll over. Top-up pack credits are unaffected by resets.

Interview Limits

Voice interviews are gated by plan: Free (1/month, 3 questions), Pro (2/month, 5 questions), Max (5/month, 8 questions). Interview counts reset monthly alongside credits. Additional interview packs (coming soon) let you top up beyond your plan's limit.

Refund Policy

Due to the real-time compute cost of AI inference, all purchases are non-refundable once processed. If you experience a credit-loading failure or billing error, contact support within 7 days for manual review and adjustment. Full details: Refund Policy.

05

Prohibited Use and Abuse

The integrity of the brain graph depends on honest test results. You agree not to:

  • Use scripts, automation, or client-side manipulation to forge test scores or bypass the server-scored MCQ gate.
  • Inject adversarial text into lesson or interview prompts to manipulate AI outputs or extract the scoring logic.
  • Scrape AI responses, resell access, or share account tokens with other users.
  • Abuse the credit system through automated mass queries or coordinated usage designed to circumvent quota limits.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without warning or refund. We monitor for anomalous usage patterns server-side.

06

AI-Generated Content

Lesson explanations, test questions, interview feedback, and visualisations are generated by large language models (currently Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude). While we prompt the models carefully and validate structured outputs with Zod schemas, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually wrong.

claratto is a learning aid — not a definitive academic source. Always verify critical information against authoritative references before exams, interviews, or professional applications.
